PRICES FOR SERVICES
Prices include all taxes and cover the following:
For rental accommodations:
- Rental of the accommodation as described, located on a grassy, wooded, and shaded plot
- Parking for one vehicle on the site,
- Utility usage (gas, water, electricity),
- Rental of equipment listed in the inventory,
- Check-in is from 3:00 PM to 7:00 PM (late check-in possible upon prior request) and check-out is from 8:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
Please check in at the front desk as soon as possible.
For all types of accommodations:
- Access to the heated pool during operating hours,
- Access to common areas, the playground, the bocce court…
- Prices do not include:
- End-of-stay cleaning fees in the event that the guest fails to clean the unit.
RULES FOR YOUR STAY
Payment is due in two installments
- A deposit of approximately 30% of the total cost of the stay is due at the time of booking, with a minimum of €20, up to the total cost of the stay,
- The balance is due on the day of arrival.
Payment can be made by: check, credit card, vacation vouchers, or cash
ANIMALS
Please note that pets are not allowed in rental accommodations, unless special permission is granted by management.
FORMATION OF THE CONTRACT
The contract is deemed to be in effect as of the date the deposit is received, which constitutes acceptance of the reservation. The contract is non-transferable, and the benefits it provides may not be assigned.
EARLY DEPARTURE / LATE ARRIVAL
If no written notice is provided in the event of a delayed arrival, the campsite or accommodation will be made available for sale 24 hours after the scheduled arrival date. The reservation will then be considered canceled in accordance with the cancellation terms set forth below:
CANCELLATION
In the event of a cancellation attributable to the customer, a contract termination fee will be charged. This fee will be equal to
- The deposit paid if the cancellation occurs more than 2 months before the start date of the stay
- 50% of the total cost of the stay if the cancellation occurs between 1 and 2 months before the start date of the stay,
- 90% of the total cost of the stay if the cancellation occurs less than 1 month before the start date of the stay. Management does not offer cancellation insurance. It is the customer’s responsibility to contact their own insurer.
WARRANTY
For rental accommodations, a security deposit check in the amount of €300 is required upon arrival. This deposit covers any damage, breakage, or loss of items listed in the inventory, or failure to clean the unit at the end of the stay. The security deposit does not constitute a limit of liability. It is the tenant’s responsibility to notify management within 24 hours of arrival of any malfunctions, damage, or missing items listed in the inventory.
The security deposit check will be returned upon the tenant’s departure or within 10 days thereafter, after any deductions for costs associated with restoring the accommodation to its original condition, replacing items listed in the inventory, or cleaning.
HEALTH, SAFETY, AND THE ENVIRONMENT
Management reserves the right to terminate the lease agreement in the event of a violation of basic rules regarding hygiene, safety, and environmental protection.

All reservations imply acceptance of the campground rules, which are posted at the campground entrance and available at the campground reception desk.
